Winter Escape of 2013

We've got our reservations and soon will be off for five weeks in the Escape, heading toward warmer states. Here's the map of the master plan. I intend to bake bread in the car (yes, in the car!) while we are driving, and have never heard of anybody doing that before. Stay tuned.
